You're shattered. And still staring at the ceiling at 11:47pm.

The kids are down. The laptop is shut. You should be asleep in twenty minutes.

Instead you're replaying the meeting. Running Monday's calendar. Half-watching something you won't remember. Half-scrolling your phone. Nodding off at 12:40. Awake again at 3.

By Wednesday you're running on caffeine and patience. By Friday, the patience has gone too.

You know it's the sleep. You've known for a while. The question has always been what to actually do about it.

Fettle Reishi Relax Gummies bottle

One gummy. Five calming actives. That's the whole job.

No magnesium, no melatonin, no sedative shortcut. Five of the most studied calming botanicals and adaptogens, at doses you can feel, in a blackberry gummy you'll look forward to at 9:30pm.

  • Reishi extract The adaptogenic mushroom traditionally used to settle the nervous system after long days. 200 mg
  • L-theanine The amino acid in green tea that quiets the mental chatter without making you drowsy. 25 mg
  • Lemon balm A Mediterranean herb that's been a domestic calming tonic for 500 years. 25 mg
  • Passion flower Traditionally used to ease the mental loop that keeps you scrolling past midnight. 25 mg
  • Valerian root The classic European wind-down root. Works best an hour before bed. 25 mg

Vegan. Non-GMO. Gluten-free. Lactose-free. Made with care — for Dads, by two of them. Food supplement; not a medicine. Not a substitute for a varied diet.

Built for the Dad who used to be able to switch off.

Not a meditation app. Not a sleeping pill. Not another six-ingredient greens powder with a sleep claim bolted on. Just the wind-down, done properly.

This is for you if…

  • You're a Dad in your 40s running a business, a team, or a household — and usually all three.
  • Your body is tired at 10pm. Your head is still at 11:30.
  • You don't want a nightly pill that knocks you out and leaves you foggy the next day.
  • You want something you'd actually give a mate — clean, dosed properly, made for grown-ups.
  • You've already tried magnesium, a journal, and the Huberman nasal strip. You want the next honest attempt.

This isn't for you if…

  • You want a knockout sedative.
  • You want 25 ingredients and a 90-second TikTok claim.
  • You want bro-branded, neon-black, crush-it packaging.
  • You're under 18, pregnant, or on medication without a quick chat with your GP.

The questions Dads have actually asked us.

When does it launch?

End of May 2026. The waitlist is how we build our first hundred properly — not just a list of emails. You'll hear from us well before anyone else, and founder pricing is only there for the first 100.

Is this going to make me groggy in the morning?

No. There's no melatonin and no pharmaceutical sleep aid in here. Reishi Relax is a wind-down — it helps you settle so your body's own sleep mechanism can do the rest. You wake up, not recover.

How is this different from a magnesium supplement?

Magnesium is in our Daily AM stack, not this one. Reishi Relax is specifically a PM wind-down botanical blend — a different job, a different time of day. Most Dads use both.

Can I take this with alcohol?

Not the night you've had a proper drink, no. Valerian and lemon balm plus booze is a route to a heavier head the next morning. Save it for the nights you're staying in.

One gummy or two?

Start with one, an hour before bed. Two if one isn't enough after a week. Most Dads stay on one.

Who are "fettle"?

Peter & Richard — two UK Dads in our 40s who happen to be Oxford chemists. We got tired of six half-finished tubs in the cupboard and 25-ingredient sleep stacks that don't work. So we built the one we wished existed. The rest of the story is in the first waitlist email.

One more Dad on the list. One less place ahead of you.
